We collect the minimum data needed to sell and support this digital product: checkout metadata from Stripe, email/support messages you send, and basic server logs if the site is deployed. Stripe processes payment details; we do not receive full card numbers.
Purposes and lawful bases: contract performance for delivery and support, legitimate interests for security and abuse prevention, legal obligation for tax/accounting records, and consent where required for optional communications.
Retention: purchase/support records are kept as needed for refunds, accounting, and dispute handling. Server logs, if present, are kept only as long as operationally needed.
EU/UK/EEA users may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, or objection where applicable. California users may request access/deletion/correction and information about personal data practices. Contact [email protected].
